Belgian bakery Le Pain Quotidien contracted with AIK to renovate its Central Park location. We worked on a tight timeframe of less than a week on this unique location – one of only three restaurants in all of Central Park – completing a gut renovation that exceeded our client’s expectations. We have since been awarded additional work by LPQ, including renovations to their Queens commissary and redesign of one of their Upper East Side retail locations.
